- How long does it take to ship my Hyyyla order?
As each item is carefully curated your way, we will require at least 3 to 4 working days to personalize your item before shipping it out.
- When will I receive my Hyyyla item (Hong Kong)?
As your item is carefully curated, please allow 7~10 working days for us to personalize your item, pack and dispatch to our courier team. For more information, do visit Custom Monogramming / Shadow Text Customisation
All orders are shipped via SF Express or International aviation line. Rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. Delivery Charges will be added to you order at the checkout stage. If free shipping available, it applies to the lowest-cost shipping option unless otherwise specified. Free shipping may be changed or discontinued at any time.
Hyyyla holds the rights to refuse shipping to any order.

Free shipping when order total amount over HKD299 available for Hong Kong*, Macau, Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore.
– Hong Kong* / Macau / Taiwan / China add HKD40 freight cost when order total amount less than HKD299
– Malaysia / Singapore /Japan add HKD60 freight cost when order total amount less than HKD299
This applies to orders placed online throughout the hyyyla website.
*Hong Kong order need to on top add HKD30 if need to ship Residential Address.
- Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only open shipment for Hong Kong*, Macau, Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore.
– Malaysia / Singapore /Japan add HKD60 freight cost when order amount less than HKD299
- Improt Duties
Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the recipient. Grinstant has no control over these charges, please contact your local customs office for more information before you order.
- Standard Delivery with tracking
Orders will be dispatched by 7~10 working days . Orders submitted on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day. We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes but delays* can occur.
*Delays reason would because didn’t fill-in correct information. Example , the address was incomplete or incorrect, because the phone number was incomplete or incorrect.
If a parcel is returned:
i) Because the address or phone number was incomplete or incorrect,
ii) Because you refused to accept it or because you didn’t pick it up at the collection point in time,
You will be charged for the shipping costs back to hard graft.
Remarks: We will inform the delivery time directly if item was out of stock or pre-ordered.

- How should I care for my personalized leather?
Our leather range is made from genuine Saffiano leather. Kindly avoid item contact against rough or sharp surfaces to minimize scratching. Any oils will cause the monogram stamping to fade over time.
- Where is your leather range made?
Our products are designed in Hong Kong , Handcraft in PRC We work with only the finest craftsman in producing a Hyyyla, uniquely yours and exclusively for you.
- How do I make payment?
We accept Debit / Credit Card – Visa, Master, Paypal.
All monogramming at hyyyla are done individually. As such, there may be minor variations.
All items have been carefully curated and checked before dispatch. If the item is faulty upon receiving, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and photo evidences.
